My name is Ruby a local bard the reason for this letter is it has come to my attention that the local paper a source of news, entertainment, and inspiration for your fair city has become dormant as of late. I am hoping to arrange a meeting with your households representatives to propose perhaps a small grant under your conditions of course in order to get such a fine idea as the newspaper up and running again.
